This paradise has been given a fresh new look. The property sits on a canal in the backyard with the occasional marine life swimming by. Landscape has been completely redone. Unit has been fully renovated and nicely appointed with a fresh modern look.

Other Details to Note

Rest assured that this property is a fully licensed vacation rental property with Monroe County. The property receives monthly pest control services. The A/C system is checked every 6 months to keep system in top shape. This building does not have an elevator, only stair access. This specific condo is on the 2nd floor. This condo will have a boat slip available during your stay. We do not have a boat ramp. I recommend using John Pennekamp State Park, Caribbean Club, or Harry Harris State Park for their boat ramps.

Great spot for our guys fishing trip. We came down from New York and chose Key Largo for a quick getaway. The location was perfect and everything was easy and convenient during our stay. The place had everything we needed and made the trip smooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Very enjoyable stay. There were six of us (4 adults and 2 small children) and it was roomy and comfortable. The view was phenomenal. The condo was probably the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. We ate at the picnic tables on the lower level - take out once and peel and eat shrimp once. We used the laundry facilities and had a nice starter kit which included the detergent, trash bags, soaps, and shampoos. The kayaks that came with the condo were a special touch and we were able to take the kids out to see the dolphins. The fishery was a few doors down and we enjoyed fresh seafood and drinks within walking distance of the condo. Alex was quick to answer our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing weekend stay at this beautiful Key Largo condo! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were gorgeous, and the location was perfect — close to great restaurants and all the local spots we love. The hosts were super responsive and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. We’d definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy escape in the Keys!
