Rest assured that this property is a fully licensed vacation rental property with Monroe County. The property receives monthly pest control services. The A/C system is checked every 6 months to keep system in top shape. This building does not have an elevator, only stair access. This specific condo is on the 3rd floor. This condo will have a boat slip available during your stay. We do not have a boat ramp. I recommend using John Pennekamp State Park, Caribbean Club, or Harry Harris State Park for their boat ramps.
