This is the place to stay in Key Largo! Alex was the best host...always in communication, extremely helpful and super friendly! We came down from the Fort Lauderdale area via boat and having a boat slip (and hose) directly behind the unit was so ideal! Condo is ocean side with direct access. The location of the condo, in my opinion, is the best! If you're planning on visiting the reefs, it is situated near Grecian Rocks, Molasses and Christ of the Deep...all a very short ride. The unit was gorgeous! Completely spotless and updated! The kitchen had everything needed to make meals and the view can't be beat! Nice wrap around balcony with a grill and seating. More than enough room for our family of four. Walking distance to a few outstanding restaurants (try C&C Wood Fire Eats)! They also have shared laundry facilities on the premises. Wouldn't stay anywhere else! Thank you, Alex, we can't wait to come back!

Perfect place to bring your boat down to and stay. Great location. Plenty of parking for truck and trailer, docking right below, and hoses. Spotless interior and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies.

Our family of 5 had plenty of room. Comfortable beds and easy access for our boat. Had everything we needed and Alex was very attentive to us. Thank you Alex for having us stay at your beautiful condo

Alexander was a great host! He was extremely responsive and very helpful. The condo was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice place on the water!

The location was amazing for both land a sea activities. The dock space was awesome. Alexander and his team are amazing hosts. He was very responsible and the onsite cleaning team was very engaging. They showed me the laundry room and even brought attention to the ice machine available to guests. There was ample common area furniture and amenities. The host has everything you need for a memorable Keys vacation. I was very pleased with my experience!

We had an amazing time. Great location central to all the restaurants in key largo. We brought our boat docking was great and very close to Rodriguez key and mosquito Bank . Everything in the apartment was perfect. Very clean and everything has been redone. The host Alexander is great communicates all the info you need very proactive and extremely responsive. Would recommend everyone to stay here. We will visit again when we come back down.

Alexander is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful. His home is neat, clean , modern and has a 5 star feel to it, the views are overlooking the bay with boats, there is no elevator going up so older people who can't climb the stairs it might be hard. The mango tree on the side of the house was so pretty, ample parking and great responsive host, he even gave us additional hour to check out and also gave us $50 off because one time it took him a few hrs extra to respond. He is very sweet guy. You will not regret staying here. We all Loved our stay

Alex’s place is great for a weekend or a week. Close to great local restaurant and all amenities. Right on the water for kayaks or your personal boat as they have slips available!

Love the fact that there were kayaks included! It’s just what we needed for our vacation. The location was perfect with easy access to the points of interest for us. The owner was very responsive and helpful which is a plus.
